The factory was established in 1995 with more than 200 professional staff, is certified with ISO9001 and is located at the Global hub of Mold manufacturing in the city of Changan, Dongguan, South China, just two hours away from Hong Kong. We offer integrated capabilities in design and prototyping, mold making, molding and final assembly, to take your project from concept to realization.

We have an annual capacity of 800 sets of precision molds from big size to small size where almost 80% of our molds are shipped to our customers in North America, Germany and other European markets. Around one-third of our molds are made for the automotive industry. In addition to this we produce molds for technical plastic parts, housing products, electronic & electrical products and various other injection molded thermosetting articles.

All Navitas molds comply with international industrial standards, unless we are advised by our customers to comply with their own company standards.
